WELCOME TO THE 2ND PHYSICAL CULTURE CONTEST BY GOLDEN AESTHETICS – TRUE CELEBRATION OF BODYBUILDING’S ART AND BEAUTY.
In order to enter the contest you may sign up for the camp August 1-4th and qualify automatically OR submit the most current video of your posing routine here along with a $50 admission fee – we will pick 4-5 contestants based on their competitive ability.
After the purchase you will download a file with instructions on how to submit your posing routine.
The submission will expire at 12 am on the 27th of April and the qualifiers will be announced on MAY 1st – 15 weeks out from the contest.

THE CONTEST IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND PLATFORM TO DISPLAY YOUR PHYSIQUE, YOUR CHARACTER AND COMPETE FOR A $2,000 PRIZE, EXPOSURE AS WELL AS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT WITH GOLDEN AESTHETICS.
THE JUDGING PANNEL WILL COSIST OF THE LEGENDS OF THE SPORT AND THE CONTEST WILL BE JUDGED BASED ON:
- SYMMETRY – 10 PTS
- PROPORTIONS – 10 PTS
- POSING – 10 PTS
- CONDITIONIONG – 10 PTS
- PRESENTATION – 10 PTS
